1. Refund Eligibility
Your eligibility for a full refund depends on the type of vehicle reserved and the timing of your cancellation:

Sedans and SUVs: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.

Luxury Vans (Sprinters): Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time.

Limos and Buses: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
2. Non-Refundable Cancellations
Cancellations that do not meet the specified time frames are considered non-refundable. This includes:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time for Sedans and SUVs.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours for Luxury Vans.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours for Limos and Buses.
- "No Shows" or situations where the chauffeur is already en route to the pickup location.
3. Cancellation Fee
For eligible cancellations, a 50% cancellation fee may apply depending on booking specifics. This fee covers administrative and processing costs and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. Requesting a Refund
If you meet the cancellation criteria, please follow these steps:

- Include your Reservation Number and the full name on the booking.
- Refunds are typically processed within 72 hours of approval.
- Please note: A small credit card processing fee (approx. 4%) is generally non-refundable by payment processors.
